To buy new ringtones you need to first find your provider.  Many people are able to download them right from their phone from their cell phone provider.  Another option is to use the internet to search for a website that will allow you to download ringtones.  There are thousands of different websites to choose from, so you might want to shop around a bit before you buy.

When you are looking for a site to buy new ringtones from you will find that there are those that are subscription based and those that are not.  The subscription based ones are great for people who are going to be buying new ringtones all the time, but not such a great deal for those that only buy a handful a year.  You might want to start out without a subscription if you aren’t sure if you will use the subscription enough to warrant the cost, but if you find later that you want to buy new ringtones more regularly, you can then switch to a subscription based plan.

Once you find a website that you want to use, you just need to provide your cell phone number as well as the cell phone provider that you have service through.  After you do this you are able to browse through all of the ringtones available.  Select the ringtones that you want and then it will be sent to your phone.  The files will usually be stored in your ringtones folder on your phone where you can set them up to be used.
